Post Halloween animal care and Award winning author Milana Anderson joins Doc and Lee to discuss her 10th children's book.

Tonight is Halloween and I hope you, your children and your pets have a safe, bountiful time meeting neighbors and friends and exchanging candy. Please be careful that your pets don't get access to something they shouldn't eat and as the door opens and closes that cats and dogs don't get out. Also, is your veterinarian open Saturdays for walk-ins? You may want to find that out. If you listen Saturday at 9AM, Lee Cohen and Doctor Will Schultz, DVM (retired) will talk about what to do if you discover that something seems wrong with your pet. Doctor Schultz will talk about the many things that happen and which situations will require immediate care. To cheer up the conversation, Award winning author Milana Anderson joins Doc and Lee to discuss her 10th childrens book. It is a book of fairy tales all about love, and all of the characters are animals. The illustrations are very cute and Milana's life story is not typical. Moving from Siberia to Florida is understandable. With an education in Biology and Chemistry, a law degree, and time at the United Nations, children's books about animals is a curious choice.
