A year doesn't seem like much time, but it is surprising how many changes can occur. When we last spoke with Holly Guild from Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter in the studio, she was weeks into the job. Now more then a year later, how has it changed? One change is in the planning process. Another is in the enforcement and prosecution arena as Ingham County maintains a favorable reputation for protecting animals and enforcing against people who abuse them!
