Lee and Dr Schultz talk the 47th annual Great Lakes International Draft Horse Show with MGLI President Aaron Rice

This week we are covering a BIG event that is taking place at the MSU Pavilion in a few weeks, the 47th annual Great Lakes International Draft Horse Show! Listen Saturday at 9AM as Doctor Will Schultz and Lee Cohen learn all about draft horses, the huge pulling horses (2000 pounds plus) from Aaron Rice, President of the Michigan Great Lakes International Horse Show. Rick Preuss from Preuss Pets will return next week. In addition to learning all about the show, we will learn where the different breeds of draft horses came from and what they were bred to do. We also will learn how they were utilized when technology changed their job functions and how they are utilized in modern times. You will also hear about what you can see during the four day show at MSU Pavilion Thursday through Sunday.
